After receipt of your order, delivery within Germany will take place in 1–2 working days. Deliveries to the EU take 4–7 days.

Returns
With us, you have a right of return of 14 days. You can return the items you have received to us in their original packaging. If you have already unpacked the items, they cannot be returned, as they are hygiene items and cannot be exchanged.
The return shipping is not free and must be borne by you. If you hand in your package freight collect with "recipient pays postage", the package will not be accepted by us, and you also have no right to a refund of the purchase price.
